Once we have confirmed your place at Ardmay House International Summer School, we will ask you to provide us with flight/travel details. If you have any queries about travel to Glasgow, please do not hesitate to contact us. We ask that you book flights arriving into Glasgow before 5pm on arrival day.
Students are met at Glasgow International Airport by a member of Ardmay House staff who will help them with their bags and accompany them to Ardmay House. The House is a 45-minute drive from the airport. Staff wear an Ardmay House International Summer School polo shirt and hold a sign with the name and logo of the school to ensure they are easily identifiable.
If your child is travelling unaccompanied, you must ensure that the airline is aware. Usually for unaccompanied minors the airline requires the name and contact number of the member of Ardmay House staff who will be collecting your child.
If you will be arriving by car, please contact us and a map will be provided if required.
On departure days, students have breakfast at Ardmay House and then they will be taken to Glasgow International Airport. Ardmay House staff will aid students with check-in and remain with them until they go into the departure lounge. We ask that you book flights before 2pm on the day of departure.
If your child is travelling as an ‘unaccompanied minor’, a member of Ardmay House staff will remain with them until they are handed over to an airline representative.

Course 2: Arriving Sunday 25th July, Departing Saturday 7th August
